We are KINLY.

Kin: family and relations

Kinly: helping people build lasting bonds with the ones who matter most.

We are a pair of people-focused professionals with over 20 years of friendship under our belts.

Our diverse backgrounds in social work and early childhood and primary education bring together decades of experience working with children and families. We have supported people across a wide range of areas including education, child protection, and palliative care. Drawing on our combined training and practical experience, we created Kinly to help make life’s tricky conversations a little easier.

 

Why Did We Create Kinly?

We set out to simplify the tough stuff so you can focus on what matters most. We get it. Knowing what to say or do in challenging times can be overwhelming. After many years of working one-on-one with families, we knew we wanted to create something that could support many more. Whether a family is navigating separation or facing the death of a loved one, Kinly is here to be a trusted, practical and accessible source of support.

 

Our Evolution:

Kinly has been a slow and steady work in progress, shaped by countless iterations. We’ve trialled products, tested approaches and refined everything more times than we can count. Between us, we’ve raised five children, given our all to our day jobs, and done our best to prioritise self-care (yes, we’re laughing too). And now, here we are - bringing our passion, knowledge and experience together to support families in a real and lasting way.
